As soon as I deliver your initial design you will have the opportunity to have a review session and make changes to the design

Once your final design is delivered and approved, you will receive a complete shopping list with links that you can purchase directly.

The digital design process typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete. During this time, I work closely with you to understand your design preferences and needs in order to create a personalized design plan. Throughout the process, I maintain open lines of communication and ensure that I deliver a design plan that exceeds your expectations.

As many as you would like! Whether you want to revamp just one room or the entire house, I am here to help. As an added bonus, if you purchase three or more rooms, I offer a bundle discount.

I offer one complimentary design revision session as part of the service. This allows you to provide feedback and suggestions, which I will incorporate into the final design. However, I do charge $75 for each additional revision session beyond the first one. This fee reflects the time and resources required to make significant changes to a design.

Unfortunately, I do not offer bathroom and kitchen design services due to the fact that they often involve the coordination of plumbing, electrical, and other specialized trades. However, if you need a little guidance on paint, finishes, and fixtures you can purchase the Bath & Kitchen Consult.

I will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your vision for your property comes to life. I also understand the importance of high-quality photography when it comes to marketing your vacation rental, which is why photography services are also included with this package. The Process
01 - Contact me and schedule a free discovery call. We will discuss your project, investment level, and what package(s) will best suit your needs.
02 - Design Package Purchase. Based on our discussion you will choose and purchase your design package(s).
03 - Design Planning. This is where the magic begins. I will begin planning and curating the perfect design for your space and send you concept ideas.
04 - Final Design Delivery. I will deliver your perfectly curated design to you. Once you have approved all parts of the design, I will order, install, and style all the pieces and create the perfect guest environment.
05 - Higher Occupancy & Rates. Good design equals happier guests, higher demand, and standing out in a crowded market. So, sit back, relax, and collect.

Rental Rejuvenation

The Consultation
This is for the DIYer who just needs a little design advice and direction to increase those occupancy rates. I will spend 1-2 hours previewing your property and then provide recommendations to maximize target guest appeal, including suggested amenities, lighting, furniture placement, paint colors, and shopping list.
The Refresh
So much refresh potential but not enough time? This package is similar to The Consultation and includes recommendations, paint colors, and a shopping list. The difference is I will do the planning, shopping, and styling for you.
The Process
01 - Contact me and schedule a discovery call. We will chat about your rental refresh potential and decide on a package based on your wants and needs.

02 - Walk through your property and come up with design solutions.
03- Brainstorm ideas & share design tips. Such as how you can best target your ideal guests and create a space that is both beautiful and functional for five-star reviews.
04 - Provide recommendations on what pieces you should hold onto and what you need to replace and refresh.
05 - Discuss fresh paint colors and potential renovations for rental impact like new light fixtures.
06 - Work with what you own and provide easy shopping ideas for quick updates in bedding, pillows, art, and accents
07 - (The Refresh only) Order and install all approved pieces to create the most incredible guest environment.
